development dispute. In the scope of non-litigation,I have directed at investment 
and financing legal affairs such as company acquisitions、recombination、
project investment、asset acquisition. And involvement in project appraisal, 
due diligence report, business negotiation and contract Grass and signing, project 
supervision, creditor's rights debt clearing and acquisition integration project(including the listed company and foreign company merger, acquisition and
