Lawyers in Sunsharelaw participated in the securities dispute mediator training
On 31th March 2015 lawyer Li Xichen and Chen Shigui went to Beijing to participate to the fourth phase of the securities dispute mediator training course SAC（Securities Association of China） organized by China Securities Industry Association. The main content of the training is about securities dispute resolution mechanism: involving multiple dispute resolution mechanism and industry-mediation, the characteristics of the financial dispute mediation strategy, conciliation procedures and techniques. This training aims to strengthen the mediator for multiple dispute resolution mechanism and understand the basic knowledge of industry-mediation. Meanwhile the training helps to improve mediator professionalism, mediation work skills and deepen the mediator understanding of industry association of securities dispute mediation mechanism. This training assists mediators to meet the requirements for securities dispute mediation work as soon as possible.
