Legal Analysis on the Fail of ATM

Abstract:If ATM fails in operation, the loss and gain of the bank does not match that of the card-holder. This mismatch is caused by the lack of rules, the mono-lateral charters made by banks,and the disparate abilities offering proofs. To change this unfair situation,related laws should be made to clarify the rights and duties of the dual parties, to invest the card-holder of the right to ask for the relevant records from the bank,and to define certainly the ATM’s status.
