Abstract:As one of the financial transactions,financial consumers play an important role in building a harmonious and healthy financial market.However their financial interests are often violated and not protected properly. It is right to protect the financial interests of consumers when analyzed in a social, economical or legal way. We should strengthen the protection for financial consumers properly,extremely for farmer,young, and western consumers,For monopoly state-owned finance, they should be obliged to take the duty to protect the consumers, and this should be carried out according to our national conditions with a combination of general and special institutions.Key words:financial consumers;inclined to protect;appropriate protection;local context |
